New Production Line Officially Put into Operation, Annual Production Capacity Increased by 30%

After months of installation and commissioning, the fully automated production line newly introduced by the company was officially launched this month. Adopting internationally advanced intelligent manufacturing technologies, this production line integrates automatic feeding, precision machining, on-line inspection, automatic packaging and other functions, realizing full-process automation from raw materials to finished products.

The launch of the new production line will boost the company's annual output capacity by approximately 30%, lifting the daily output from the original 5,000 pieces to more than 6,500 pieces. Meanwhile, the higher automation level will further guarantee the consistency and stability of product quality and reduce quality fluctuations caused by human factors.

The General Manager of the company stated that this capacity expansion aims to better satisfy the growing order requirements of domestic and overseas clients, especially bulk orders from Europe, America and Southeast Asia. The company will continue to increase investment in technological transformation and advance the upgrading of intelligent manufacturing in the future.
