Product Overview
This product is a custom precision metal diverter valve / multi-channel rotary joint, integrally machined from stainless steel. It adopts flange mounting structure and segmented multi-hole flow channel layout, suitable for synchronous multi-path delivery of fluid, hydraulic oil and gas medium. It is widely installed in precision casting equipment, automated hydraulic tooling, wax injection machinery, high-end machine tools and other industrial facilities.
Structural Features
- Flange Base Mounting: The bottom standard flange is pre-drilled with multiple bolt holes for easy installation and firm fixation on equipment. It features excellent vibration resistance and torque resistance, perfect for fixed integration on production lines.
- Layered Multi-channel Holes: Separate flow holes are arranged on upper and lower barrels. Multiple media can flow in and out independently without cross-flow, ensuring even flow distribution and stable medium delivery.
- Multi-stage Threaded Connector: The top is designed with precision external thread and positioning shoulders, enabling fast connection to pipelines and rotary sealing assemblies. High coaxiality guarantees controllable assembly clearance and eliminates medium leakage.
- High-precision Machining: Manufactured by integrated CNC turning and milling with mirror surface finishing. Tight dimensional tolerances, smooth inner walls without burrs reduce fluid flow resistance and prevent scaling and clogging.
