Grooved elbows are integrally cast via investment precision casting (lost-wax casting) process with no welding or splicing throughout production, featuring uniform wall thickness and outstanding pressure resistance and sealing performance. The standard rolled groove design at pipe ends enables rapid pipeline assembly with matching couplings, facilitating easy disassembly, installation and maintenance.

Available Materials: 304 (CF8), 316 (CF8M), 316L (CF3M), 1.4409 duplex stainless steel; WCB carbon steel version can be customized on request. Anti-corrosion & Durability: Stainless steel resists erosion from acid, alkali, seawater and humid media. Low-carbon 316L fits welding applications, while duplex stainless steel is applicable to high-pressure and severely corrosive working environments.
